Only the following massage styles can be booked as a 1 hour appt at the link below:
- Relaxation: soothe sore muscles, encourage relaxation, improve circulation.
- Aromatherapy: pure essential oils added for additional therapeutic benefits.
- Lymphatic Drainage: ease fluid retention, oedema, post-surgery swelling and enhance liver or kidney function for detox.
- Somatic bodywork: release physical pain when emotional wounds from stress/trauma are stored in the body.
- Hot Stone: the use of hot stones to add a deeper level of relaxation.
- Cupping: warm LED light assisted electric cupping for decompressing muscles and fascia to assist pain relief.
- ASMR ( Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response): A therapeutic non-sexual touch & sound treatment that invokes a trance-like immersive state of euphoria and relaxation.
