- Relaxation: soothe sore muscles, encourage relaxation and improve circulation.
- Aromatherapy: pure essential oils added to your massage oil for additional therapeutic benefits.
- Lymphatic Drainage: ease fluid retention, oedema, post-surgery swelling and enhance liver or kidney function for detox.
- Somatic bodywork: release physical pain when emotional wounds from stress/trauma are stored in the body.
- Hot Stone: the use of hot stones to add a deeper level of relaxation from the warm stones.
- ASMR ( Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response): A therapeutic non-sexual touch & sound treatment that invokes a trance-like immersive state of euphoria and relaxation.
